Coming into the new year, I’ve been thinking about you and our Kids at Computer Kids and about what will really make a difference for us in 2015. kids playing It is my desire to create a clean, safe, and tech-savvy environment where kids can learn with ease. When kids are comfortable and playing, they can learn. It is also very important to make their environment safe. This is why we have constructed a partition wall to divide the reception area from where the kids play. We are also in the process of implementing a computerized Sign in and Sign out tracking system to better track the number of kids in our building at any moment in time. We have also invested in technology in the preschool classroom. We have a projector mounted on the ceiling with an interactive whiteboard. The teachers will begin to train on how to use it soon. We are constantly investing in new ideas and making improvements to our facility. All of these improvements are expensive. Since our fees are very low compared to the services that we provide, we are heavily dependent on the weekly tuition and when some parents fail to pay on time, our resources become strained and we struggle to pay our teachers. Please pay your tuition on time, tuition is always due on Tuesdays. We will be installing a computerized account receivable system to better assist us in managing our receivables and a late fee of $25 will be automatically added to any late tuition not received by Tuesday of every week. Thank you for entrusting your precious kids to us. We really appreciate your patronage and we hope not to disappoint you. If for any reason we fail to meet your expectations in any area, or you have a problem with our staff or services, please do not hesitate to contact me. I can be reached 281 928 4503 and leave a message if I do not answer as I always check my messages. You can also email ann@computerkidseducation.com.
